(MAAC Project), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, and MirKa Investments, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for (1) $20,000,000 to fund the development of a 400-unit mixed-income affordable housing project at 233 Roosevelt Avenue in National City; and (2) $10,000,000 to fund transportation infrastructure or transit-related amenities or programs for the City of National City in the vicinity of the proposed housing project.
