NON CONSENT RESOLUTIONS
22. Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City authorizing an appropriation in the amount of $90,000 to the General Fund City Clerk Elections Account from the General Fund fund balance for election costs associated with the City Council initiated Ballot Measure regarding appointment of the City Clerk and City Treasurer, and the voter Referendum Measure regarding pet store sales which are both going before the voters at the March 3rd [March 3, 2020] Special Election. Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City: 1) awarding a contract to Portillo Concrete Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,040,000.00 for the Palm Avenue Road Rehabilitation Project, CIP No. 19-05; 2) authorizing a 15% contingency in the amount of $156,000.00 for any unforeseen changes; and 3) authorizing the Mayor to execute the contract.
