9. OVERSIGHT BOARD ACTIONS

a. Election of Oversight Board Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. The Oversight Board members shall elect one of the members as the Chairperson, and another as the Vice-Chairperson.

b. Discussion of Oversight Board legal counsel.

c. Oversight Board designates an official contact to the State of California Department of Finance Recommendation: That the Oversight Board:

1. Designate Brad Raulston as the official who the State of California Department of Finance may contact pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34179(h).

d. Oversight Board to provide the time and place for holding the Oversight Board's regular meetings. Recommendation: That the Oversight Board:

1. Establish the last Tuesday of the month at 3pm in National City Council Chambers as the time and place for Oversight Board's regular meetings. (Next meeting would be April 24th)

e. Oversight Board consideration of a resolution approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule Recommendation: That the Oversight Board:

1. Adopt Resolution No. 2012-01, approving a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34177(l).
