Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City authorizing the City Manager to execute a three (3) year Agreement with the Employment Development Department (EDD) that includes a Confidentiality Agreement and an Indemnity Agreement, for the total not to exceed amount of $2,436 providing the National City Police Department access to EDD's Confidential Employer Address and Client Address information for investigative purposes.
