Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City authorizing the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement with Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement by $300,000 and extend the expiration date of the Agreement one year to October 6, 2017, to provide on-call project support services for National Citys Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including, but not limited to, environmental engineering, site assessments, characterization and remediation, groundwater monitoring and reporting, and preparation of environmental studies in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
