UM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEMBERS FOR HEARING ME OUT TODAY.

UM, YOU HAVE A, BEFORE YOU ON THE AGENDA ITEM, SOMETHING THAT WE'RE AWARE OF.

I WAS PLEASED TO SEE IT.

UH, A SECOND COUNCIL MEETING IN A ROW.

WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THERE ISN'T ANY PUBLIC ENTITY LIABILITY THAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE ARE TREATED SEPARATELY AND TREATED DIFFERENTLY THAN OTHER APPLICANTS.

THE CASES ARE CALI MOTA VERSUS CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AND B-C-D-L-L-C VERSUS CITY OF NATIONAL CITY.

ALSO ON THE AGENDA IS CONFERENCE WITH, UH, LIGA LABOR NEGOTIATORS.

UH, THE EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED ARE ME, MEA, AND NATIONAL FIGHTERS ASSOCIATION AND THE POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION.

AND FINALLY, WE HAVE A LIABILITY CLAIM, UH, REGARDING WORKERS' COMPENSATION.

AND THE CLAIMANT IS CHARLES PALUMBO VERSUS CITY OF NATIONAL CITY.

ALRIGHT, WITH THAT WE'RE IN A CLOSED SESSION AND WE'LL BE COMING BACK AND THEN WE WILL REPORT OUT LATER IN THE COUNCIL MEETING.
