MY CALL MEETING TO ORDERS AND IF WE, YOU COULD PLEASE HAVE A ROLL CALL.

ALRIGHT.

UH, MARGARET HERE.

BRADLEY HERE.

JAKE HERE.

CINDY? UH, HERE.

JO HERE.

AND TRACY HERE.

ALL WE HAVE A QUORUM.

ALRIGHT.

WERE THERE ANY PUBLIC COMMENTS SUBMITTED DURING AT PUBLIC COMMENT? OKAY.

WE'LL GO ON TO THE CONSENT AGENDA.

UH, I MOVE THAT WE, UM, SEPARATE THE WARRANTS, RIGHT? SO IF YOU MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE.

I, I, I, WELL, I MOVE TO WE DO THAT.

DO WE HAVE A SECOND? ALL SET.

OKAY.

WE, AND SECOND IT TO, UH, APPROVE CONSENT ITEMS ONE AND TWO.

IS THAT CORRECT? YES.

OKAY.

UH, UH, MARGARET? AYE.

BRADLEY? AYE.

JAKE.

AYE.

CINDY? AYE.

JUST AYE.

ALL RIGHT.

FIRST, AND NOW WE'RE GONNA LOOK AT THE JUNE AND JULY WARRANT.

I ONLY HAVE THIS ONE PAGE OF WARRANTS.

IS THIS THE ONLY ONE? YEAH, IT'S JUST ONE PAGE.

OKAY.

SO THERE WEREN'T ANY ADDITIONAL, OR THIS IS ALL THE ONES FROM JUNE AND JULY OR, CORRECT.

OKAY.

AND THERE'S NO SECURITY ON HERE.

UH, THE SECURITY ONE.

I KNOW.

I JUST GOT THE, THE BILL IN.

SO WE HAVE WHAT'LL BE ON THE NEXT, UH, WARRANT.

SO THAT WILL BE FOR LIKE THREE MONTHS.

YEAH.

OKAY.

UM, I WAS JUST CURIOUS, BUT, UM, SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED MAINLY FOR THE CRAFT PROGRAM SUPPLIES.

MM-HMM.

AND THE ADULT LITERACY SUPPLIES.

SO THE CRAFT PROGRAM SUPPLIES, THAT'S ALL FOR THE LUNCH OF THE LIBRARY GRANT.

SO IN SUPPORT OF ALL OF OUR SUMMER READING PROGRAMS THAT WE DID THIS YEAR.

MM-HMM.

, UM, FOR THE ADULT LITERACY SUPPLIES, THOSE ARE SUPPLIES FOR, UH, LIKE NOTEBOOKS, UM, PENCILS, THINGS LIKE THAT, THAT THEY HAND OUT TO THEIR LEARNERS WHEN THEY, UM, ARE INITIATED INTO THE PROGRAM.

OKAY.

AND THE, UM, CAN YOU EXPLAIN AGAIN, THE HORIZON SERVICE? SO HORIZON IS OUR INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM, AND THAT'S WHAT WE USE TO CATALOG AND, UM, LOOK UP OUR BOOKS, PAPER, PAPER RECORDS, ALL THAT KIND OF STUFF.

OKAY.

THAT'S THE ONLY QUESTIONS I HAVE.

OKAY.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS? I MOVE.

WE APPROVE, UH, THE WARRANTS.

SECOND, SECOND, SECOND, UH, MOVED AND SECONDED TO APPROVE THE JUNE AND JULY WARRANT.

MARGARET BROWSING.

AYE.

JAKE? AYE.

CINDY? AYE.

JUST THERE.

AYE.

ALRIGHT.

MEMBER.

SOUNDS PERFECT.

THANK YOU.

WE'RE GONNA GO ON TO NO UNFINISHED BUSINESS.

ITEM NUMBER FOUR.

UH, THE ELECTION.

THE ELECTION SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE A FEW MONTHS AGO.

UH, I, THAT WILL BE ELECTIONS FOR, UH, PRESIDENT AND CHAIR AND SECRETARY, SECRETARY, CHAIR AND SECRETARY.

AND THE PROCESS THAT WE'VE USED BEFORE IS NOMINATIONS ARE MADE.

THE PERSON WHO'S NOMINATED LETS US KNOW IF THEY ACCEPT THE NOMINATION WHEN EVERYONE WHO, UH, NO, ALL THE NOMINATIONS ARE MADE THEN VOTE.

AND WE HAD DONE BEFORE IS WE JUST VOTED IT OPENLY.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU WANNA HAVE A DISCUSSION ABOUT THAT OR IF IT'S OKAY TO JUST VOTE OPEN.

JUST VOTE.

YEAH.

UM, I DO WANNA ADD, WE'LL CALL FOR VOTE PRIOR TO THE ELECTIONS BECAUSE THE ELECTIONS, UM, THEY GO FROM JANUARY TO JANUARY AND SO WE ARE VERY LATE.

SO THE, UM, THE VOTE IS GOING TO BE EITHER WE HAVE SOMEBODY WHO SERVES A TERM THAT IS ESSENTIALLY A YEAR AND A HALF, OR WE SPLIT THE TERM AND DO A HALF TERM FROM NOW INTO JANUARY, AND THEN WE REVOTE AGAIN IN JANUARY.

SO THAT IS WHAT I'M PROPOSING TO YOU.

UM, AND I'D LIKE TO GARNER A VOTE ON, ON WHAT YOUR PREFERENCE WOULD BE.

OKAY.

ANY THOUGHTS ON THAT? UM, I, I, UH, I'M FINE WITH A YEAR AND A HALF.

THINK THAT ANYONE? US? YEAH.

GOOD FATHER BRADLEY.

JAKE? YEAH.

FIVE YEAR AND A HALF.

YEAH.

A YEAR AND A HALF.

CINDY'S OKAY.

YOU JUST, OKAY.

EXCELLENT.

SO, ALL RIGHT.

SO WHEN WE DO THE ELECTIONS, IT WILL BE FOR THE NEXT YEAR AND A HALF UNTIL JANUARY, 2026.

, I NOMINATE MARGARET FOR PRESIDENT

[00:05:03]

MARGARET.

ACCEPT THAT.

I'LL ACCEPT THAT.

ANY OTHER NOMINATIONS FOR CHAIR? NO.

NO.

ALRIGHT, THEN WE CAN TAKE A VOTE.

ALL IN FAVOR OF MARGARET IN CHAIR.

HI, MARGARET.

.

BRADLEY.

A JAKE.

AYE.

CINDY? I, YES.

ALRIGHT.

UNANIMOUS.

EXCELLENT, MARGARET.

CONGRATULATIONS.

ALRIGHT.

AND NOW WE'LL TAKE NOMINATIONS FOR SECRETARY.

HI.

UM, THE PROBLEM IS, I, MY, UH, TERM OF SERVICE IS UP IN SEPTEMBER AND AS OF RIGHT NOW, I I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THAT.

I JUST FOUND ABOUT THAT TODAY.

YOU KNOW, THEY HAD THOSE EMAILS ABOUT PEOPLE BEING, AND I, WHY AM I GETTING THIS? YOU KNOW, .

SO I ACTUALLY WENT AND CHECKED AND I GO, OH, I, BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE FOR FOUR YEARS OF SERVICE.

MM-HMM.

.

AND SO I THOUGHT I HAD A COUPLE MORE YEARS, BUT I GUESS IT'S NOT DO YOU WANT TO OR YOU NOT? I'M NOT, I'M NOT A HUNDRED PERCENT SURE IF I WANT TO CONTINUE.

I, I, I MIGHT TRY SOMETHING ELSE.

I'M NOT SURE.

I WAS GONNA ASK YOU ABOUT THE WARRANTS.

.

I KNOW .

NO.

YEAH, NO, WE, WE HAVE, BUT, BUT THE OTHER PROBLEM IS, IS THAT I'VE GONE TWO TERMS. I DON'T KNOW.

I MEAN, I KNOW THERE'S A DIFFERENT PROCESS IF YOU'RE GONNA CONTINUE DOING ANOTHER TERM AND, YOU KNOW, AND, UM, YEAH.

WELL DO WE, THEN WE WANNA NOMINATE SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN MAYBE BRADLEY RETURNS IN 2026.

WE CAN DO .

I WOULD NOMINATE CI.

CINDY.

CINDY, CINDY.

YOU ACCEPT? EXCELLENT.

OKAY.

ANY OTHER NOMINATIONS? ALL RIGHT, WE'LL GO AHEAD AND VOTE MARGARET.

AYE, BRADLEY.

AYE.

JAKE, CINDY.

HI.

JUST, ALRIGHT, WONDERFUL.

CINDY IS OUR NEW CHAIR, OUR SECRETARY, SORRY.

WONDERFUL.

OKAY.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH EVERYONE.

BRADLEY, WE HAVE THAT ONE TALK.

.

.

WELL, ALRIGHT, UH, ITEM HAVE NUMBER FIVE LIST OF TOOLS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.

THERE'S A, A LIST AND LIST PHOTOS THERE.

YEAH.

AND, AND PHOTOS IN YOUR PACKET.

UM, NOW THIS WAS, THIS IS, UM, WE ARE STILL ORDERING MORE PHOTOS AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE WARRANT.

SO THERE WILL BE AN UPDATED, UM, LIST OF TOOLS.

NOW THE LIST OF TOOLS IS ALSO AVAILABLE ONLINE ON OUR UTILIZED WEBSITE.

UM, AND IF YOU CLICK ON IT, YOU CAN SEE THE TOOLS WE HAVE AVAILABLE, UM, THROUGH OUR U-TURN, UM, DATABASES NOW, IS IT, HAVE MANY PEOPLE FUND THE CHECK? WE'VE BEEN OPEN ABOUT, I SAY A MONTH NOW, UHHUH .

UM, AND WE'VE HAD, WE'VE HAD A, LIKE, YOU KNOW, IT'S, IT'S TRICKLING IN.

WE'RE GETTING MORE.

WE HAD CHRISY COME AND VISIT US AND SHE CHECKED OUT WASHER.

NO.

UM, WE'VE DEFINITELY BEEN TRYING TO TALK IT UP AND GET, UM, MORE PEOPLE INVOLVED.

SO I THINK IT'S STARTING TO PICK UP AS WE, YOU KNOW, AS THE WORD OF MOUTH GETS AROUND.

UM, SO WE'RE HOPING, YOU KNOW, AS WE DO SOME PROGRAMMING AROUND IT THAT WE'LL GET A LITTLE MORE, UM, ACTION ON THE ROOM.

BUT PEOPLE SEEM VERY, VERY EXCITED FOR EVERYTHING THEY'RE CHECKING OUT.

I'M LIKE, I CAN CHECK ON THE SPOT, I CAN CHECK OUT THIS, I CAN CHECK OUT THAT.

SO IT'S BEEN WONDERFUL.

YEAH.

THERE HAVING SOME CHECK THERE, HAVE THERE HAVING SOME CHECKOUTS.

LIKE I SAID, SY CAME CHECK OUT A POWER ASHER.

SO WE'VE HAD OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

UM, I CHECKED OUT SOME THINGS.

YEAH, THEY CAME IN.

YEP.

I TOLD MY NEIGHBOR ABOUT IT TOO.

SO I THINK, YOU KNOW, THEY JUST GOTTA SPREAD THE WORD.

THEY HAD NO IDEA.

ABSOLUTELY.

THAT'S WHAT IT, AND I MET SOME, UM, PEOPLE IN THE PARK FOR A NATIONAL NIGHT OUT AND WE CAN CHECK OUT TOOLS.

WE HAVE NO IDEA.

SO I THINK IT'S GONNA BE A WORD OF MOUTH.

IT'LL YEAH.

BUT THEY'RE EXCITED WHEN THEY GET UP, SO YEAH.

YEAH.

SUGGESTION.

I THINK IT COULD BE KIND OF COOL.

UM, MY WIFE'S NOT ON INSTAGRAM, SO LIKE THAT'S, THAT'S OUT THERE.

UM, LIKE IN THE LOBBY OF THE LIBRARY, THIS IS KIND OF DUMB, WHATEVER, BUT LIKE, YOU COULD HAVE LIKE A FEATURED TOOL OF THE MONTH AND LIKE SHOW THE TOOLS BECAUSE I THINK THE SIGN THAT YOU'RE SEEING SHOULD COME IN IF YOU KNOW, FOR, YOU KNOW, OH, IT'S A KEY LIBRARY UPSTAIRS.

BUT YOU MIGHT NOT, PEOPLE MIGHT NOT REALLY KNOW THAT.

YEAH.

MAYBE NOT THE, UM, CHAINSAW FIRST .

WE SAY THAT FOR THE END HALLOWEEN .

NO, I THINK THAT'S A GREAT IDEA.

WELL, WE'LL DEFINITELY LOOK INTO HOW WE CAN, BECAUSE IT IS A HIDDEN ROOM, SO IT'S LIKE WE HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO HIGHLIGHT THAT, THAT PARTICULAR SERVICE.

BUT THE ONLINE VERSION LOOKS FANTASTIC AND IT'S SUPER EASY TO NAVIGATE.

YEAH.

YEAH, ALEX.

AND THEY DON'T KNOW UNTIL THEY COME WHEN THEY'RE NOT AVAILABLE.

THAT, SO ON THE YOUTUBE, ON THE, UM, U-TURN, WHICH IS OUR DATABASE, IT SHOULD TELL YOU WHAT'S AVAILABLE CURRENTLY WHEN YOU, BEFORE YOU COME TO THE LIBRARY.

OKAY.

YOU CAN'T CLICK ON IT AND CHECK IT OUT OR RESERVE IT.

RIGHT.

YOU HAVE ACTUALLY, YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY.

[00:10:03]

OKAY.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS ABOUT THAT? AND NOW CITY LIBRARIAN.

ALL ALL.

SO AT THE BACK OF YOUR PACKET YOU'LL SEE MY WRITTEN CITY LIBRARIAN REPORT.

THANK YOU.

UM, SO THIS IS GONNA BE FOR JUNE AND JULY.

UH, SO WE FINISHED UP OUR SUMMER READING PROGRAM.

IT STARTED JUNE 8TH.

WE FINISHED LAST SATURDAY ON THE THIRD.

WE HAD ABOUT A HUNDRED PEOPLE ATTENDING, UM, WHICH WAS GREAT.

LOTS OF FUN.

UM, WE GAVE OUT, UH, MUSEUM PASSES, IN AND OUT, GIFT CARDS, HAD EXPRESS PASSES, UM, TOYS.

AND THEN OUR BIGGER PRIZES.

WE DID LIKE NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, LIKE ROCK GROWING, LIKE, YOU KNOW, MORE EDUCATIONAL THINGS.

THERE WAS A COUPLE LEGOS THROWN IN.

BUT YOU KNOW, FOR FUN, FOR FUN, UM, WE FINISHED UP, UH, STRONG.

A LOT OF KIDS CAME TO ALL OF OUR PERFORMANCES.

WE HAD SOME REALLY WONDERFUL FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY.

WE HAD A, UM, A FAMILY, UM, SPECIFICALLY JUST MOVED BACK FROM AFRICA AND THEY ASKED THEIR KIDS WHAT THEIR FAVORITE THING ABOUT COMING BACK WAS.

AND THEY SAID, GOING TO THE LIBRARY.

SO, AND THEY WENT TO EVERY SINGLE SUMMER PROGRAM.

THEY WERE LIKE, READ ALL THE BOOKS.

SO IT WAS, IT WAS LOVELY TO HEAR THAT KIND OF FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY.

UM, WE ALSO GAVE AWAY FREE BOOKS, PRIZES, AND SO VERY SUCCESSFUL SUMMER READING PROGRAM THIS YEAR.

CONGRATULATIONS.

UM, SO FOR SUMMER, UM, READING PROGRAMMING, WE HAD QUITE A RANGE BECAUSE OF THE GRANT.

WE WERE ABLE TO AFFORD A LOT OF PERFORMERS THIS YEAR.

SO WE HAD MAD SCIENCE, WE HAD TOBAGO, WE HAD RALPH'S WORLD.

UM, WE FINISHED UP WITH, UM, MICHAEL RAYNER, WHO WAS ON LIKE AMERICA SCOTT TALENT.

SO WE HAD SOME REALLY GREAT, UM, VARIETY OF, OF PERFORMERS.

WE HAD TYPICALLY ABOUT SEVEN TO A HUNDRED PEOPLE PER, UM, TUESDAY PROGRAM, WHICH HELPS WITH OUR LUNCH FOR THE LIBRARY.

UM, AND THEN WE ALSO HAD A LOT OF, UM, INTEREST IN OUR OTHER WEEKLY SUMMER PROGRAMS THAT WE OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER.

THIS YEAR, UH, LUNCH AT THE LIBRARY IS ENDING TOMORROW.

IT IS OUR LAST DAY.

UH, WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE POSSIBILITY OF EXTENDING IT TO LIKE AN AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM, BUT THAT'S JUST SOMETHING WE HAVE TO DO WITH CAPACITY FOR STAFF, UNFORTUNATELY.

BUT, UH, WE HAD ABOUT 40 MEALS A DAY.

WE HAD FAMILIES COMING BACK EVERY WEEK, EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

IT WAS A REALLY GREAT PROGRAM TO HAVE HERE AND PARTNERED WITH.

HEAVEN'S WINDOW WAS FANTASTIC.

UM, THEY WERE JUST REALLY SUPPORTIVE, VERY HELPFUL.

UM, AND IT WAS JUST A REALLY GREAT, UM, PROGRAM THAT WE WORKED WITH THEM.

SO HOPEFULLY WE'LL DO IT AGAIN NEXT DAY.

SO, UM, INTERVIEWS AND RECRUITMENTS.

SO WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS LEAVE US, UNFORTUNATELY.

UH, OUR ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY, SARAH RUIZ, IS NOW HERE IN CITY HALL.

UH, WE LOST OUR TECHNICAL SERVICES LIBRARIAN.

WE LAW, UM, WE PROMOTED OUR ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT COORDINATOR, SO WE LOST THAT POSITION.

UH, SO WE HAVE MADE OFFERS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY POSITION AS WELL AS THE ACADEMIC, UM, ENRICHMENT COORDINATOR.

THEY SHOULD BE STARTING, HOPEFULLY LATER THIS MONTH.

WE'VE HIRED TWO NEW LIBRARY AIDES.

UH, THEY WILL BE STARTING, I BELIEVE NEXT WEEK.

WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF INTERVIEWING FOR OUR TECHNICAL SERVICES LIBRARIAN.

UH, AND THEN WE WILL START THE PROCESS FOR ENTERING FOR OUR CHILDREN'S LIBRARIAN.

WE'VE ALSO LOST TWO OF OUR PART-TIME LIBRARIANS THIS WEEK, UH, .

SO WE ARE DOWN QUITE A NUMBER OF STAFF MEMBERS.

MM-HMM.

.

UM, AND WE WILL START THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR THOSE AS WELL.

BUT WITH A LOT OF INTERVIEWS, THERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF DELAY, UH, IN THE PROCESS.

UM, AND THEN I THINK THE END OF LAST MONTH, THE CITY LIBRARIAN POSITION WENT, UH, LIVE AND THEY HAVE STARTED RECRUITMENTS FOR THAT.

THEY'LL BE DOING THEIR FIRST ROUND OF REVIEWS STARTING, UH, AUGUST 15TH.

UH, I DON'T NECESSARILY KNOW THAT MEANS INTERVIEWS.

THAT'S JUST A REVIEW OF APPLICANTS, UM, TO SEE IF THEY FIND, YOU KNOW, ENOUGH CANDIDATES TO INTERVIEW.

UH, IF NOT, THE POSITION IS IN A RECURRING, UM, STATE.

SO THERE CAN BE CONTINUING APPLICATIONS, UH, PAST THAT TIME.

SO ON THAT ISSUE COULD, LAST TIME THERE WERE INTERVIEWS FOR, UM, A LIBRARIAN.

THERE WAS A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE BOARD.

AND I THINK THAT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE THAT, AGAIN, HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE BOARD AND ALSO IF POSSIBLE, UH, FROM THE, UH, STAFF, ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS.

I CAN DEFINITELY TALK TO THE CITY MANAGER.

OBVIOUSLY THEY'LL BE DOING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

UM, TRADITIONALLY THOUGH, WHEN

[00:15:01]

WE DO, UM, INTERVIEWS, IT'S USUALLY A POSITION THAT IS HIGHER THAN THE POSITION THAT YOU'RE INTERVIEWING FOR BECAUSE OF THE, THE, THE FACT THAT THAT PERSON, YOU KNOW, MAY BE YOUR BOSS OR, YEAH.

SO TYPICALLY IF YOU'RE INTERVIEW THROUGH, YOU KNOW, A LIBRARIAN, YOU WANNA LIBRARIAN TOO OR YOU WANT SOMEBODY ABOVE THEM SO THAT THERE'S NOT ANY CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

YOU KNOW, WITHIN THAT LIKE INTERVIEW, EVERYTHING HAS TO BE VERY, UM, UNBIASED.

SO THE BOARD MAY BE SOMETHING THAT IS A POSSIBILITY.

I WILL, I WILL REQUEST BOTH OF THOSE, BUT I DON'T NECESSARILY KNOW IF THAT BOTH OF THOSE WILL BE.

UM, BUT I WILL, I WILL DEFINITELY.

UH, AND THEN THE LAST ITEM ON MY LIST WAS OUR A LA CONFERENCE.

UM, SO THE AMERICAN LIBRARY ASSOCIATION WAS HERE IN SAN DIEGO THIS YEAR, WHICH WAS GREAT.

UM, WE WERE ABLE TO SEND QUITE A NUMBER OF STAFF.

UM, ABOUT 10 OF US ROUGHLY WENT THROUGHOUT THE, UM, FIVE DAYS OF THE, UM, CONFERENCE, WHICH WAS GREAT FOR STAFF HERE WHO HAVEN'T HAD A LOT OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

UM, AND SO THIS WAS A FIRST TIME FOR THEM ATTENDING A CONFERENCE, GETTING TO DO, UM, SEMINARS IN PERSON, GETTING TO MEET OTHER LIBRARIANS NETWORKS.

THAT WAS, IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR, FOR EVERYBODY.

UM, AND I THINK EVERYONE CAME AWAY WITH SOME REALLY, UM, GREAT PROGRAMS AND IDEAS.

AND THEN WE ACTUALLY GOT TO PRESENT OUR PARKS PASS PROGRAM.

UH, WE HAD A POSTER SESSION AT A LA, SO THAT WAS VERY EXCITING FOR US AS WELL.

UM, I DO HAVE ONE THING.

THIS WAS SOMETHING THAT CAME UP.

UM, WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT ON THE AGENDA, WHICH IS THE LAST ITEM IN YOUR PACKET.

UH, IT IS OUR RENEWAL OF OUR, UM, ESL LITERACY GRANT.

NOW THIS YEAR, THE LITERACY, UM, PROGRAM.

THIS ISN'T ON THE AGENDA, IS IT? IT IS NOT ON THE AGENDA.

AND THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET IT IN UNDER THE WIRE FOR OUR NEXT CITY COUNCIL MEETING.

SO I WANTED TO BRING IT TO YOU GUYS FIRST SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE LATER SEPTEMBER MEETINGS.

SO IT WAS NOT INCLUDED ON THE AGENDA PACKET.

OKAY.

UM, UM, OH, I HAVE A QUESTION.

GOING BACK TO YOUR OF COURSE, OF COURSE.

UH, UH, REPORT.

UM, IS THERE, I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN ASK THIS QUESTION, BUT, UM, I'M GONNA ASK AND THEN YOU CAN SAY I CAN'T ANSWER IT.

, UM, UH, UH, IS THERE ANY SPECIFIC REASON WHY WE'RE LOSING SO MANY, UH, EMPLOYEES AND WHAT WELL, SO I WILL, UH, TELL YOU MYRA OR MAY HAVE BEEN ASKED TO, SHE WENT TO ANOTHER POSITION.

SO, UH, SHE GOT A PROMOTION TO ANOTHER POSITION IN ANOTHER CITY.

UM, OUR TECHNICAL SERVICES LIBRARIAN, TIFFANY, SHE WAS MOVING TO ANOTHER CITY.

UM, HER BOYFRIEND WAS MOVING, SO SHE MOVED WITH HIM.

UM, FOR MICKEY'S POSITION, OBVIOUSLY WE JUST PROMOTED MICKEY.

SO THAT WAS WHY THAT POSITION BECAME AVAILABLE FOR THE TWO LIBRARIANS WHO ARE LEAVING.

UM, ONE OF THEM WENT TO TAKE CARE OF HER MOTHER, UH, AND THE OTHER ONE'S MOVING TO HAWAII.

OH.

SO IT WASN'T, IT THEY, AND THEY WERE ALL VERY SAD TO LEAVE.

THEY, I MEAN, WE HAVE A VERY WONDERFUL STAFF.

UM, I ACTUALLY SAID GOODBYE TO ONE OF THEM TODAY.

I WAS A LITTLE MISTY.

I WAS LIKE, OH, WE MISS YOU, JANE.

IT WAS JANE HEN AND, UH, MELLOW, UH, WHO'S BEEN WITH US FOR ABOUT 17 YEARS.

SO YEAH.

TON MEL.

YEAH, TON.

SHE'S GONE.

SHE, HER LAST MONDAY, SHE TAKE CARE OF HER MOM.

YEAH.

SHE'S GONNA TAKE CARE OF HER MOM.

SHE'S GONNA STILL WORK AT CORONADO, BUT SHE HAS TO HAVE TIME.

YOU KNOW, SHE'S WORKING SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, SO THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR HER TO TAKE SOME TIME, TAKE CARE OF HER MOM, YOU KNOW, SPEND A LITTLE TIME.

SO THAT IS, THAT IS WHY WE'VE HAD THE, THE SORT OF MASS EXODUS.

UM, BUT WE ARE WORKING DILIGENTLY TO REPLACE THEM.

AND, UM, I THINK WE HAVE SOME, AT LEAST THE TWO WE'VE OFFERED TO HAVE ARE REALLY FANTASTIC, UM, CANDIDATES, WE HAD REALLY EXCELLENT COMPETITIVE INTERVIEWS.

IT WAS A VERY SOPHIE'S CHOICE FOR EVERYTHING.

SO, UM, I THINK YOU GUYS ARE GONNA BE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR, OUR NEW STAFF THAT WE'RE BRINGING ON.

IT'S A LITTLE DRAMATIC , YOU DON'T KNOW, WAS IT EIGHT HOURS OF US? LIKE, WELL, I KNOW WHAT YOU LOVE THIS PERSON, THEY HAVE THIS, IT WAS A LOT.

AND WE INTERVIEWED, WE ACTUALLY BROUGHT THEM BACK OUR SECOND INTERVIEW.

SO IT WAS, IT WAS VERY LIKE, IT WAS, YOU KNOW, WE WANTED TO MAKE THE BEST CHOICE FOR YEAH, THE LIBRARY AND THE CITY, BUT NO, YOU DON'T KNOW BADLY.

IT WAS VERY SOPHIE'S CHOICE.

I WAS LIKE TOSSING AND TURNING AT NIGHT HERE.

.

WHAT, WHAT'S THE TOTAL SIZE? YOU SAID 10 OF YOUR STAFF WENT TO THE CONFERENCE.

WHAT'S THE TOTAL SIZE TO THE STAFF? WE HAVE ABOUT 40 STAFF MEMBERS.

UM, BUT NOT EVERYBODY YOU KNOW, IS, IS A LIBRARIAN OR WANTS TO BE A LIBRARIAN.

SO A LOT OF 'EM WERE, OUR FULL-TIME STAFF WENT.

SOME OF OUR PART-TIME STAFF WENT.

BUT WE DID SEND A RANGE OF PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND DIFFERENT CLASSIFICATIONS.

SO IT WASN'T JUST LIBRARIANS, IT WAS, WE HAD, UM, LIBRARY AIDS, WE HAD SOME TECH, SO EVERYBODY GOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO GO.

JUST OUTTA CURIOSITY, WAS IT LIKE AN APPLICATION PROCESS OR WAS JUST KIND OF DEPENDING ON INTEREST OR? SO WE, UH, SO WHAT I DID WAS I SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO STAFF ABOUT INTEREST.

YOU KNOW, I GAVE THE TIMES AND DATES YOU CAN GO.

AND THEN WE KIND OF WORKED

[00:20:01]

OUT THE AVAILABILITY AND WE HAD ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO SEND EVERYBODY ON, ON THE DAYS THEY WANTED TO GO.

SO IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY.

YEAH.

YEAH.

WE HAVE ABOUT FIVE FULL TIMES.

CURRENTLY WE HAVE, THERE'S BEEN 5 3 5.

THERE'S FIVE OF US.

THERE'S FIVE OF US NOW.

UM, BUT NORMALLY WE WOULD HAVE A STAFF OF ABOUT NINE FULL-TIME STAFF.

AND THAT'S WHAT THE NEW ARE.

SO YES, WE ARE, WE'RE ABOUT HALF THE SIZE OF WHAT WE'RE NORMALLY DOING.

WE ARE AT CORE, BUT WE'RE, WE'RE MANAGING.

WE'RE OKAY FOR NOW.

YOU, YOU CAN, UH, I, I'M SORRY.

NO, YOU'RE TOTALLY FINE.

YOU'RE TOTALLY FINE.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT MY, UM, REPORT? OH, SORRY, JUST ONE QUESTION.

IT SAYS THAT WE SHOULD RECEIVE AND FILE THIS REPORT.

DOES THAT, DO YOU MEAN YOU WANT US TO TAKE THIS ONE? NO, NO, NO, THAT'S, THAT'S, UH, THAT JUST GOES IN THE PACKET.

THAT'S FOR, UM, WHEN WE PRESENTED TO CITY COUNCIL.

BUT DON'T, DON'T WORRY ABOUT THAT ONE.

OKAY.

YEAH, YEAH, YEAH.

SO THIS SAYS THAT IT WAS APPROVED AT THE AUGUST MEETING, SO THAT, THAT'S GONNA BE THE ONE THAT GOES TO CITY COUNCIL.

THAT'S WHY IT'S REALLY TO APPROVED AT THE AUGUST MEETINGS.

OH.

BE, BECAUSE I'M HOPING TO GET IT APPROVED HERE SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER.

WE CAN ALWAYS PULL IT FROM THE AGENDA IF YOU DON'T WANNA APPROVE IT.

BUT NO, I, NO, THIS IS LIKE GRANT, RIGHT? YEAH, IT'S A GRANT.

OKAY.

BUT I'M JUST CURIOUS WHY, WHAT HAPPENED TIME-WISE THAT THIS DIDN'T COME TO US IN TIME.

SO WE JUST, UM, WITH THE, WITH THE ESL GRANT, WE, THERE WAS A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH THE PREVIOUS GRANT.

UM, JOYCE PULLED IT FROM THE AGENDA AND NO ONE KNEW IT HAD BEEN PULLED FROM THE PREVIOUS AGENDA.

AND SO THERE WAS A DELAY IN GETTING IT APPROVED.

WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL LAST CITY COUNCIL MEETING TO GET IT APPROVED.

AND SO WE PUSHED THIS ONE BACK SO THAT IT WASN'T RIGHT AT THE SAME TIME THAT WE WERE APPROVING THEM IN SEPARATE MEETINGS.

SO THAT'S WHY WE WAITED UNTIL THIS MEETING TO APPROVE IT, BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANNA CONVOLUTE THE SITUATION THAT HAD ARISE ITSELF.

WAS THIS THE QUESTION I WAS ASKED YESTERDAY AT THE COUNCIL MEETING? SO THAT WAS THE, IT IS THE SAME GRANT, BUT IT IS THE PREVIOUS YEAR.

AND THAT'S THE QUESTION THAT SHE ASKED ABOUT, UM, WHY IT WASN'T APPROVED.

AND IT WAS BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN PULLED BY A PREVIOUS DIRECTOR NOT NOTIFIED ANYBODY.

AND THEN UNTIL WE WENT TO EXPEND THE MONEY, WE HAD NO IDEA THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE A RESOLUTION SIGNED AND IN PLACE.

SO WE HAD TO HAVE IT REAPPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL.

SO DID CITY COUNCIL KNOW IT HADN'T BEEN APPROVED YET? THEY I DID NOT KNOW.

IT HADN'T BEEN APPROVED YET? NO.

NO ONE AT THE, THE LIBRARY KNEW IT HADN'T APPROVED NO, BEEN YESTERDAY.

OH, YESTERDAY, YES.

IT IS IN THE, NOT THIS ONE, BUT THE PREVIOUS ONE WE DID PUT INTO THE REPORT THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN APPROVED PRIOR.

AND THAT'S WHY, UM, COUNCIL MEMBER MOLINA HAD PULLED IT AND ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING IT.

IT WAS NOT THE BEST THOUGH.

NO, I, I, I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS GOES ALL THE WAY BACK TO WHEN JOYCE WAS HERE AND THINGS KIND OF FELL THROUGH PRACTICE THERE AND, AND THIS IS THE RESULT OF THAT.

BUT, SO, SO THIS IS THE NEW ONE.

THAT'S WHY I WANNA MAKE SURE IT IS APPROVED.

NOW IT GOES TO CITY COUNCIL NEXT WEEK AND THEN WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT FOR TWO YEARS.

SO THIS PARTICULAR ONE, THE WAY THAT THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY HAS RENEWED THEIR GRANTS, THEY'RE DOING IT FOR TWO YEAR INCREMENTS SO THAT IT'S NOT AS MUCH, UM, WORK ON, YOU KNOW, HAVING TO SEND LETTERS AND REAPPLY TO TWO YEAR PROGRAM.

YES.

SO WHEN WE, THIS ONE, THEN IT'LL BE APPROVED THROUGH 2020 SECONDS.

UM, UM, I'M JUST, IN TERMS OF ANYONE BEING A STICKER ABOUT THE CORRECT PROCESS, YEAH.

THIS ISN'T ON THE AGENDA.

AND THE AGENDA IS SUPPOSED TO BE SUBMITTED 72 HOURS AHEAD OF TIME TO THE PUBLIC.

YES.

SO THIS NOT BEING ON THAT AGENDA, DOESN'T THAT CREATE AN ISSUE THAT, HOW CAN WE APPROVE THIS WHEN IT'S NOT ON THE AGENDA? I AND THE PUBLIC WASN'T MADE AWARE OF THAT.

I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING IN THE BYLAWS.

I DID LOOK FOR PERUSED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING OR ANY SPECIAL THING I NEEDED TO DO.

OR, I MEAN, WE CAN ALWAYS CALL A SPECIAL MEETING AND I CAN POST IT AND THEN WE CAN APPROVE.

YEAH, I MEAN, I, I, I MEAN, I DON'T MIND APPROVING IT.

I'M, I DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE, THE GRANT AND, AND I'M JUST CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROCESS THAT SOMEONE'S GONNA CALL US ON THAT AND SAY, YOU CAN'T DO IT THAT WAY YET, BUT DO IT.

BUT I, I MEAN, I, I'M NOT SURE WHAT IS, IF THERE IS A, IF THAT'S, IF THAT'S OKAY.

I'M NOT SURE IF WE CAN MAKE A MOTION TO ADD IT.

I DON'T, I DON'T KNOW IF THAT MAKES IT ANYMORE.

SO MAYBE WE COULD MAKE A MOTION UNDER NEW BUSINESS TO ADD IT.

I HAVE A QUESTION.

COULD CITY COUNCIL APPROVE IT, THE GRANT WITHOUT OUR VOTE?

[00:25:01]

OR DO THEY NEED THE BOARD LIBRARY? NO, THEY, THEY NEED YOUR VOTE.

YEAH.

'CAUSE IT'S, IT'S PART OF THE, UM, THE LIBRARY BOARD'S, UM, IS IT, IS IT ON THEIR AGENDA? IT'S ON THEIR, THEIR, UH, AUGUST 20TH AGENDA.

SO WE CAN PULL IT, LIKE I SAID, WE CAN ALWAYS HAVE IT PULLED AND, AND PUT ONTO A, A DIFFERENT AGENDA.

BUT THE NEXT MEETING WE HAVE IS SEPTEMBER 4TH.

UM, AND THEN IT WOULD GO TO CITY COUNCIL ON THE 10TH, BUT THEN I WOULD PUT IT ON THE NEXT, IT WOULD HAVE TO BE APPROVED OR, OR IT WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GO TO CITY COUNCIL ON THE 10TH.

SO IT IS, IT IS ENTIRELY UP TO YOU GUYS.

UM, I'M HAPPY TO PULL IT AND BRING IT BACK TO THE NEXT FULL MEETING AND PUT IT ON THE AGENDA.

UM, OR IF WE WANNA MAKE A MOTION AND PUT IT AS NEW BUSINESS SINCE IT IS, SINCE IT IS AN ACTION ITEM, I THINK IT NEEDS NEEDED TO HAVE BEEN ON THAT POST AN AGENDA.

I'M NOT SURE IF PEOPLE COULD MAKE A QUICK, UM, EMERGENCY MEETING TO DEAL WITH IT OR IF THERE COULD BE A, UM, SOMETIMES BOARDS TAKE A, A VOTE, UH, BY PHONE.

IT'S JUST BY PHONE OR BY, UH, ELECTRONICALLY.

I COULD DO AN EMAIL THOUGH, POSSIBLY.

I'M NOT SURE IF THAT'S ANY I I JUST WANNA MAKE NO, I UNDERSTAND.

YOU KNOW, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IT BE APPROVED AND YEAH.

YEAH.

I DON'T HAVE ANY CONCERNS REALLY ABOUT THIS ISSUE PROBABLY, BUT I JUST WANNA MAKE SURE THAT, I MEAN, I DIDN'T SEE, LIKE I SAID, I LOOKED THROUGH THE, UM, THE BYLAWS.

I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING IN THERE.

UM, I KNOW THAT CITY COUNCIL WILL SOMETIMES, YOU KNOW, ADD ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS AT THE MEETING, WHICH THEY DID ON TUESDAY.

UM, SO, YOU KNOW, WE COULD, MAYBE IT'S A, WE COULD TAKE A VOTE TO ADD IT TO THE AGENDA.

OKAY.

UM, IS, WOULD THE, UM, CITY LAWYER BE ABLE TO GIVE US ANY BETTER UPDATE ON THAT? I DON'T, I DON'T KNOW IF BARRY, I THINK BARRY'S ALREADY GONE FOR THE DAY, BUT I MEAN, IF WE DID, I CAN, I CAN EMAIL IF WE VOTE AND APPROVE.

I MEAN WE, ONCE AGAIN, ALL WE REALLY SERVE IS AS A COMMITTEE IS, YOU KNOW, TO GIVE OUR APPROVAL.

WE, THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO THIS COMMISSION, YOU KNOW, AND, YOU KNOW, I'M SORRY, BUT YOU KNOW, THAT'S ONE OF MY FRUSTRATIONS WITH HER.

BUT THAT, I MEAN, THAT'S THE TRUTH, YOU KNOW, AND, UM, YOU KNOW, SO I MEAN, WE CAN GIVE THAT APPROVAL NOW AND, YOU KNOW, WE CAN MAKE A NEW BUSINESS AND GIVE OUR APPROVAL.

AND IF THEY WANT US TO GO THROUGH THE CORRECT PROCESS, YOU KNOW, WE, WE CAN DO THAT.

WE CAN DO IT AGAIN.

WELL, MAYBE, AND ALSO THIS SAYS THAT ANY MEMBER MAY REQUEST AN ITEM YOU PLACED ON THE AGENDA, SUCH JUST SHALL BE MADE TO THE CITY LIBRARIAN.

THEY WILL REVIEW THE PROPOSED AGENDA WITH CHAIR AT LEAST ONE WEEK FOR THE MEETING DATE.

THE AGENDA FOR BOARD MEETINGS IS SET BY THE CITY LIBRARIAN.

SO IT SAYS THAT IT WILL BE, UM, POSTED 72 HOURS, BUT IT DOESN'T SAY THAT IT CAN'T BE AMENDED.

I'M FINE MOVING FORWARD WITH IT AND MAYBE THE CITY ATTORNEY WANTS TO WEIGH IN AND SAY, THAT WAS ACTUALLY INVALID.

THEN WE COULD GO TO PLAN B.

YEAH.

WHICH WOULD BE TO, TO GENERAL HOLD TO OR POSTPONE IT OR HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING IN ADVANCE.

BUT IF, YOU KNOW, IF SHE WANTS TO AVOID IT, THAT'S FINE.

BUT MAYBE THE CITY ATTORNEY CAN GIVE US SOME CLARITY, YOU KNOW, FIGURE IT OUT.

YEAH.

SO, SO I'LL, WE'LL, SO MAYBE WE'LL VOTE TODAY TO APPROVE AND THEN IF, AND THEN I WILL TALK TO BARRY WHEN I, OR MAYBE I'LL EMAIL HIM TOMORROW WE IN, AND THEN I WILL, I'LL SEE IF THERE'S ANY ADDITIONAL ISSUES.

THAT SOUNDS GOOD TO ME.

OKAY.

SO I, I, I MAKE A MOTION TO ADD IT.

I SECOND.

ALRIGHT, MARGARET.

OKAY.

UM, MOTION IS TO ADD THE APPROVAL OF THE GRANT TO THE AGENDA.

AYE.

ALL BRADLEY? AYE JAKE? AYE.

CINDY? AYE.

JUST AYE.

ALRIGHT, WONDERFUL.

THEN I'LL MAKE ANOTHER MOTION TO APPROVE IT.

AYE, SECOND.

SECOND.

ALRIGHT, PERFECT.

UH, UH, UH, CINDY ? OH, UM, YES.

OKAY.

WE SECONDED TWO.

WE'VE SECONDED TWO FOR, OKAY.

MARGARET A. BRADLEY.

AYE.

JAKE.

AYE.

CINDY.

HI.

JUST ANN.

ALRIGHT, WONDERFUL.

THANK YOU SO MUCH.

UH, I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THERE IS ANY ISSUES WITH, WITH THE

[00:30:01]

APPROVAL OKAY.

FROM THE CITY ATTORNEY.

AND THEN I THINK THAT, UH, WE HAVE THE FRENCH REPORT.

YEAH.

UM, SO WE ARE THINKING THAT THERE'S GOING TO BE, UH, A CITY BREAKFAST.

WE'RE NOT SURE, 'CAUSE I THINK THE CITY BREAKFAST ARE KIND OF ON, ON HOLD RIGHT NOW, BUT IF WE DO, THEN THIS FRIENDS WILL HAVE OUR ANNUAL BASKET, UM, FUNDRAISING, RLE, ANYBODY WHO WOULD LIKE TO DONATE TO THAT, DONATE ITEMS FOR IT.

REGIFT CHRISTMAS THINGS OR BASKETS, WHATEVER.

WE, UH, WE ARE ACCEPTING THOSE ALSO, UM, THE SHIRLEY FROM WAS PRESIDENT OF THE FRANCE, WAS WORKING ON A VETERAN'S DAY RECOGNITION.

IT HAPPENS AT THE OLD TOWN NATIONAL CITY.

UM, ASSOCIATION IS ALSO WORKING ON ONE.

SO SHE WAS GONNA TALK TO THEM TO SEE ABOUT, UH, HOW WE COULD WORK TOGETHER ON THAT.

AND ALSO IN, UM, DECEMBER WE HAVE OUR OPEN HOUSE.

DECEMBER 6TH WE HAVE OUR OPEN HOUSE.

THIS WILL BE THE THIRD TIME THAT WE'VE HAD IT AND IT'S BEEN VERY SPARSELY ATTENDED.

SO DAN, DANNY HAS COME FORWARD WITH SOME IDEAS TO KIND OF INNOVATE IT AND BUMP SOME, UH, SPICE INTO IT, HAVING DIFFERENT, UM, WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT A PARTY.

YEAH.

DIFFERENT THINGS THERE TO HAVE IT MORE FEELING TO PEOPLE TO COME MORE.

SO THAT'S, THAT'S REALLY GONNA BE VERY NICE.

AND ALSO, UM, I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT, UM, THERE'S GONNA BE A CELEBRATION OF LIFE FOR ANN CAMPBELL, A LONG TIME.

UH, CITY LIBRARIAN IN NATIONAL CITY.

UM, VERY, VERY INFLUENTIAL.

THE LIBRARY, SHE REALLY DID A LOT FOR NATIONAL CITY.

SO THAT'S GONNA BE SUNDAY, AUGUST 25TH AT, AT THE LIBRARY.

AND YOU NEED TO LET, UH, MARIA KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN YOU COMING BECAUSE THEY WANNA KEEP, THEY WANNA KNOW WHO, WHO WILL BE COMING TO THAT EVENT.

WHEN, WHEN WOULD THAT, UH, CITY BREAKFAST BE? IF THERE IS GONNA BE A CITY BREAKFAST, PROBABLY THE SECOND.

UM, SATURDAY IN DECEMBER, DID HE SAY SEPTEMBER, DECEMBER.

IT USUALLY COINCIDES WITH THE REINDEER RUN THAT THEY DO IN THE MORNING.

SO IT'S USUALLY THAT SAME DAY.

UM, WHICH IS, I WANNA SAY IT'S LIKE, OH, SO THERE, SO THERE IS NO CITY BREAKFAST BETWEEN NOW AND THEN.

SO I THINK, I THOUGHT IT WAS ALWAYS LIKE A EVERY THREE MONTHS BIG.

SO I THINK THEY DO WANNA TRANSITION TO LIKE A, A TWICE A YEAR, LIKE A SPRING FALL KIND OF THING.

SO I THINK THEY'RE JUST LOOKING AT WHAT THAT GONNA LOOK LIKE GOING FORWARD.

THANK YOU.

OKAY.

AND STILL LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO MAN OUR, UM, BOOKSTORE.

SO IF ANYBODY'S INTERESTED, LET ME KNOW OR GO TO THE BOOKSTORE AND SEE WHAT TIMES ARE EMPTY AND NEEDS SOMEONE TO FILL THEM IN.

AND THAT'S MY REPORT.

OKAY.

IS THERE ANY, UH, COMMENTS FROM BOARD MEMBERS? YES.

WE PARTICIPATED IN THE SUMMER PROGRAM.

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN AND THE POLICE AND, UM, THERE WAS ONE DAY WE WERE AT THE PARK AND I JUST HEARD ALL THE FAMILIES SAY, OH, LET'S GO TO LUNCH.

AND I WAS LIKE, WHERE ARE THEY GOING? BUT THEY WERE COMING TO THE LIBRARY FOR THE LUNCH PROGRAM SO WE COULD SEE HOW IT WAS SO IMPACTFUL AND FAMILIES RELIED ON IT AND GOT TOGETHER AND ALL THAT.

SO IT WAS WONDERFUL.

IT WAS, IT WAS A LOT OF FUN FOR US TO SEE TOO BECAUSE THEY HUNG OUT AND THE KIDS WERE HAVING A GREAT TIME.

YEAH, IT'S GREAT.

YEAH.

I'M GLAD YOU HAD A GOOD TIME.

YEAH.

OKAY.

THANK YOU EVERYBODY.

THANK YOU FOR IT.

GOOD TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN.

MOVE.

WE ADJO SECOND KIN, MARGARET.

AYE.

BRADLEY, JAKE.

HI CINDY.

WE'RE ADJOURNED.

THANK YOU GUYS.

SO, EPTEMBER FOURTH.

EPTEMBER FOURTH.
