2. Approval of the Minutes of the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of National City meeting on May 2, 2012.

3. Resolution of the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency approving the Second Amendment to the Agreement for Legal Defense Services between the City, the Successor Agency to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency, and Best Best & Krieger, LLP, to increase the not to exceed amount by $70,000, for a total amount of $364,000.

4. Reconsideration of previously approved Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012, as requested by the Department of Finance letter dated May 18, 2012.

5. Resolution of the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency adopting the May 29, 2012 Amended Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2012.

6. Reconsideration of previously approved Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, as requested by the Department of Finance letter dated May 18, 2012.

7. Resolution of the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the Community Development Commission as the National City Redevelopment Agency adopting the May 29, 2012 Amended Recognized Obligations Payment Schedule (ROPS) for the period July 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012.

8. Interview and selection of potential outside counsel for Oversight Board, authorizing up to $100,000 for legal services and execution of legal services agreement, contingent upon Department of Finance approval.
