Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City, 1) awarding a contract to Dick Miller, Inc. in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,894,498.10 for the Plaza Boulevard Widening "N" Avenue to I-805, CIP No. 16-01; 2) authorizing a 15% contingency in the amount of $284,174.72 for any unforeseen changes; and 3) authorizing the Mayor to execute the contract; and 4) authorizing the appropriation of $534,978.79 in the Transportation Development Impact Fee fund balance to corresponding expenditure account for Plaza Boulevard Widening.
