Resolution of the City Council of the City of National City 1) authorizing the Chief of Police to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to participate in operations with the Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Task Force (HTCETF), 2) authorizing the acceptance of funds, and 3) authorizing the establishment of an appropriation and corresponding revenue budget for overtime up to the amount of $18,042 per fiscal year.
